The Missoula Community Foundation has two upcoming grant opportunities with applications opening soon.
The Women’s Giving Circle of Missoula County (WGC) invites organizations addressing homelessness and housing to apply for their 2024 grant. The WGC will make a $15,000 grant award this year, a significant increase from the $10,000 grants it has awarded previously. Applicants should clearly demonstrate how their programs, services, mission, etc. impact homelessness and housing in Missoula County and embody the Circle’s core values of community, equity, and opportunity. The WGC grant application opens on July 15th and closes on August 30th.
The LoLA Fund supports projects that use the arts to nurture and promote healing, and its grant application opens on August 1st. LoLA (Legacy of Living Art) grants are awarded yearly to artists and organizations that seek to engage creativity for the benefit of wellness and wellbeing. Proposed projects should have outcomes that provide opportunities for things such as creative expression, respite, social interaction, and enhancement of the human spirit. The LoLA grant application opens on August 1st and closes on September 30th.
